(Una) Bella Vita Tucson is a nonprofit organization that provides no-cost support groups and resource navigation for adolescents with eating disorders and their families. We’re not a treatment center; we’re a place for emotional support, guidance, and healing through the recovery process.

Nope. Thanks to generous donors and community sponsors, our programs are completely free. We believe finances should never be a barrier to getting support.

We support adolescents (typically ages 12–23) who are currently in recovery or struggling with an eating disorder. Just as importantly, we also support parents and caregivers, because healing always occurs within a family.

Our groups create a safe space to:

• Talk about fears, frustrations, and feelings
• Learn healthy communication and coping strategies 
• Process the impact of the eating disorder on the entire family
• Find a connection with others on a similar path
   

We focus on support, not solutions, because each recovery journey is different.

We do not provide direct clinical treatment or medical care. However, we help families find trusted local providers and offer guidance when navigating insurance, referrals, and levels of care.

We’re parents, survivors, and advocates. (Una) Bella Vita Tucson was created by a family who’s lived through this. We walk alongside you because we’ve been there, too.
